Extended Warranty (2nd Year Protection) or 1 Year Screen Crack Protection Plan can be purchase via our website / retail outlets or contact
our hotline at 03-9281 8888 | 016-368 8675.

 


 

Warranty Policy

- 12 Months Extended Warranty Plan Terms & Conditions -
  • Valid for all smartphones except Apple iPhone.
  • Must register the device within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Extended Warranty Plan will start from 13rd month after you purchase the smartphone or the initial warranty ends.
  • Each imei number is applicable for ONE device only.
  • Extended Warranty Plan is not transferrable to other device or monetary.
  • Owner must present Extended Warranty Plan documentation and receipt during warranty claim.
  • The Extended Warranty Plan policy is same as the initial warranty default terms & conditions.
  • Failed registration is no entitle for warranty claim.
  • Mobile 2 GO reserves the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions without prior notice.

  • The Screen Crack Protection Plan policy is same as the initial warranty default terms & conditions.

- We are Sorry! These are not covered by our warranty / extended warranty plans: -
  • Physical, LCD and touch screen damage.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Unauthorized 3rd parties repair or modification.
  • Sealed has been tempered or removed.
  • Fail to present proof of Extended Warranty or Screen Cracked Protection Plan documentation and receipt.
  • Device is protected by ANY ACCOUNT, like Apple ID, Google Account, Mi Account, Samsung Account and ETC...
